I have worked for ~ 20 years in Fortune 50 organizations as a leader, mentor, executive, and facilitator. While I have lead various teams ranging in size, scope and function, and had the opportunity to teach leadership development on four continents, it is in my work as a certified life coach that I can tap into my largest passion which influences all of my other work. 

YourLife-YourStory was born because I get a tremendous amount of joy from helping people get clear about what they want their story to be, and how to start living it today.  

I live in Louisville, Kentucky with my husband Rodney, and our two children Eleanor & Colin.

(Part of) My Story in 10 random facts:

  1. By the age of 30, I had lived in six states (and two of them twice).

  2. I have always felt like a free spirit stuck in a rational person’s body.

  3. I have visited 20 countries & counting.

  4. I can craft anything with enough time, cardboard, & duct tape.

  5. If I am ever unaccounted for, I am likely somewhere warm and cozy reading a book.

  6. I attended boarding school.

  7. My degree is in Information Technology

  8. I am a retired gymnast.

  9. I got into coaching because I looked down at my newborn daughter resting on my chest & immediately thought “Oh no, what if she wants to be a ballerina! I have no idea how to help her do that!”.

  10. The first book I authored was about Tommy the Dinosaur when I was six, and I still have it.
